Q: Can I bring pets?
A: We have decided that pets should be left at home because they could get hurt or stressed out by all the people and loud music.

Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Outside: yes. Inside: no. Please make sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly and be careful not to burn anyone with your lit cigarettes.

Q: How do I handle my trash at the event?
A: Please use the trash bins. There is also a €5 trash deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the event when you deliver a bag of trash.

Q: Is there a lost and found office?
A: Yes. Just ask at the bar or contact us via social media.

Q: Is there food available?
A: Yes, there will be a food truck serving Mexican cuisine.

Q: Are earplugs available?
A: Yes, earplugs are available.

Q: Can I record during the festival?
A: Yes, but only for private purposes. Anything else needs to be agreed upon.

Q: What can I bring?
A: Anything you think could break or be lost. The "Zen Studio" is not responsible for your belongings. Items that could harm you or others are not allowed. Be careful with offensive slogans on shirts or similar.

Q: Is there drinking water?
A: Tap water is drinkable. Just fill up your glass or ask at the bar.

Q: Can I bring kids?

A: If you are able to take care of the child and protect it correctly you can. It's your responsibility. No alcohol or cigarettes will be sold to people under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you need to bring older company.

Q: Darf ich Haustiere mitbringen?
A: Wir haben entschieden, dass Haustiere zu Hause bleiben sollten, da sie durch die vielen Menschen und die laute Musik verletzt werden oder gestresst sein könnten.

Q: Ist Rauchen erlaubt?
A: Draußen: ja. Drinnen: nein. Bitte entsorge Zigarettenstummel ordnungsgemäß und sei vorsichtig, um niemanden mit brennenden Zigaretten zu verletzen.

Q: Wie soll ich meinen Müll bei der Veranstaltung entsorgen?
A: Bitte benutze die Mülleimer. Es gibt auch eine Müllpfand von 5 €, der am Ende der Veranstaltung zurückerstattet wird, wenn du eine Tüte Müll abgibst.

Q: Gibt es eine Fundstelle?
A: Ja. Frag einfach an der Bar oder kontaktiere uns über soziale Medien.

Q: Gibt es Essen?
A: Ja, es wird einen Food-Truck geben, der mexikanische Küche serviert.

Q: Sind Ohrenstöpsel erhältlich?
A: Ja, Ohrenstöpsel sind verfügbar.

Q: Darf ich während des Festivals aufnehmen?
A: Ja, aber nur für private Zwecke. Alles andere muss vorher abgesprochen werden.

Q: Was darf ich mitbringen?
A: Alles, was kaputt gehen oder verloren gehen könnte. Das „Zen Studio“ ist nicht verantwortlich für deine Sachen. Gegenstände, die dir oder anderen schaden könnten, sind nicht erlaubt. Sei vorsichtig mit anstößigen Slogans auf T-Shirts oder Ähnlichem.

Q: Gibt es Trinkwasser?
A: Leitungswasser ist trinkbar. Füll dir einfach dein Glas auf oder frage an der Bar.

Q: Kann ich Kinder mitbringen?

A: Ja, aber auf eigenen Verantwortung. Es werden keine Zigaretten und kein Alkohol an unter 18-Jährige verkauft. Ebenfalls brauchen unter 18-Jährige eine Begleitung-Person.
